This project really stood out from the local clutter of housing developments, it was fresh, engaging and spoke to the target audience in a compelling and relevant way. From web banner ads, flyers, pull up banners and display suites through to bus sidings and site bunting, this project had it all.

CHALLENGE

Develop a look and attitude to the advertising and support material that stands out in a very cluttered local market, whilst talking to the target market of young families.

SOLUTION

Commision a series of illustrations that give the development a unique look and that also has a strong graphic feel. Then pair that look to copy that touches on the major needs of young families when looking for homes.
